Duplex apartment, semi-detached house type without neighbors above only on the sides, in one of the most valued complexes of Menorca, gardens with plants, trees and palms, large swimming pool for adults another for children with parasols and sun beds.
The ground floor apartment we find, kitchen, living room, toilet. It has 2 large terraces, one with exit from the kitchen with barbecue ideal for eating, table with chairs and large umbrella, another terrace from the living room with porch terrace where you can also eat and a large area with sofas and table where you can relax with garden views.
On the first floor we find 1 room with 2 single beds, 1 double room with 2 built-in wardrobes, bathroom with bathtub.
This fully equipped has air conditioning, wiffi, TV, stereo, DVD and board games.
The area is quiet and ideal to relax with family or friends.
At only 100m we have bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.
The Port of Addaya is a small natural harbor with a very special light and charm, that's why they call it the port of Luz, there are bars and restaurants where from its terraces we have spectacular views of the sea, ideal for walking along its promenade and port . Just 5 minutes away by car we will find the beautiful cla de Na Macret and 10 minutes away from the spectacular Arenal den Castell beach, the town of Fornells is about 15 minutes away and beautiful beaches and coves throughout the area. I invite you to Addaia and that enjoy an incredible vacation

Nice property set in well kept complex. Lovely pool. All you could need for a week away from home.
