A wifi connection, washing machine, air conditioning, fans and TV are also available. Each room is independently air-conditioned, and the balcony has an automatic awning. A 65-inch television is also available. The apartment has a roof terrace with washing facilities. The shared outdoor facilities are located at the Coves Noves Tennis Club, 300 m from the property where we are shareholders. You have at your disposal: 2 tennis courts, a large swimming pool, a volleyball court, soccer, paddle, pétanque, a ping-pong table and a children's playground. An on-site restaurant is open from June 01 to September 30\. The private club is open from May 1 to September 30\. The nearest supermarket is 400 m away, as are other restaurants. Enjoy the seaside restaurants, the clear blue water and the panoramic view of the bay. There's also a water park nearby, and an 18-hole golf course 2.5 km away. The nearest airport is Mahon, 23 km away (25 minutes by car). La cocina, tiene todos los utensilios necesarios, y los productos básicos de limpieza. Dispone de aire acondicionado en comedor y habltaciones. Ubicado en una urbanización muy tranquila, limpia y segura. Tiene acceso a la piscina de la urbanización, que está a dos calles. La piscina pertenece al club de tenis es grande, limpia y tranquila.
