### Apartamento Es Jardí By Escape Home

Apartment within a small complex located in Arenal Den Castell in the North zone of the island with a communal swimming pool. The Es Jardí apartment is situated on the ground floor with a small terrace with table, chairs and sunbeds. It consists of a living-dining room with an American-style kitchen, all in the same space; living room with sofas, Smart TV, wifi, the kitchen includes a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, water kettle, microwave and kitchen utensils. 2 bedrooms, one double and the other with 2 single beds, both bedrooms share a bathroom with shower (with hairdryer) Air conditioning in the living room, bedrooms with fans. Independent laundry room with washing machine. Capacity for 4 people.
