It consists of a living-dining room with kitchen with breakfast bar, all in the same space; lounge with sofas, Smart TV, wifi, the kitchen has a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave and kitchenware. 2 bedrooms, one double and the other with 2 single beds, both bedrooms share a bathroom with shower (with hairdryer) Air conditioning in the lounge, bedrooms with fans. For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.

During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.

The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands.
