WELCOME TO "LOU PARADOU," A NEW HOUSE FOR 4 PEOPLE IN PROVENCE VERTE

We offer for seasonal rental a brand new, air-conditioned cottage of 60 m² for 4 people with two bedrooms and a 600 m² garden in the heart of the hills of Green Provence. We invite you to spend your holidays with family or friends and enjoy the peace and quiet, the sun, the vineyards, the cicadas, the sea, hiking, Mediterranean scents and the enchanting landscapes of Green Provence. The house consists of a 30 m² living room/equipped kitchen/dining room, a 5 m² bathroom with double sinks, shower and toilet, and two bedrooms of 14 m² (180x200 cm bed) and 11 m² (140x200 cm bed). The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster… You can enjoy an outdoor terrace shaded by a beautiful pergola with a gas barbecue at your disposal, a garden with a table, lounge area, and outdoor sun loungers for relaxation. The house has Wi-Fi, and the television is equipped with a Fire Stick and a DVD/Blu-ray/USB player. You will also find DVDs, board games, outdoor games, reading material, and a pétanque set for those who enjoy it. Our house is located on the property, but you have access to with a private entrance and parking. You have complete independence and your peace and quiet are guaranteed. Located in the commune of Méounes-lès-Montrieux, numerous activities are possible in the vicinity of our gîte. It is a charming village situated at the gateway to the Green Provence with remarkable sites not to be missed: the medieval village of Le Castellet, the Paul Ricard circuit, the Kingdom of Trees (treetop adventure park), the Ok Corral amusement park in Cuges-les-Pins, the village of Bormes-les-Mimosas, the Verdon Gorges, the Sainte-Croix Lake, Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, the Valensole Plateau, etc. On the coast, the must-sees include the Giens Peninsula, the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, and the Calanques of Cassis and La Ciotat. Most beaches, notably those of Mourillon, Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, La Londe-les-Maures, Hyères with its Îles d'Or (Porquerolles, Port-Cros, Le Levant), and Carquairanne, are located just a 35-minute drive away. The beaches of Bandol, Sanary-sur-Mer, and Six-Fours-les-Plages are only 45 minutes away. For sports enthusiasts, beautiful hikes are possible on foot or by mountain bike. In the village, you will find two bakeries, a butcher, a pharmacy, doctors, a newsagent/tobacconist, restaurants, and a small supermarket. A 10-minute drive will take you to a large supermarket, as well as other shops and petrol stations. There is a small local market on Sunday mornings, but we recommend the large market in Gareoult on Tuesday mornings, and many others besides… If you are looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday in a typical, quiet, and picturesque Provençal village, far from the hustle and bustle of the seaside and its traffic congestion, while still having the freedom to visit whenever you like, you are making the right choice by choosing us, and you won't regret it. A complete booklet with photos of the house, its surroundings, the village, and a list of market days in the surrounding villages, possible hikes, sea or cultural excursions, local vineyards, and must-see activities, is available upon request in PDF format, as well as a video of the house's interior and the garden. A 30% deposit is required upon booking, and the remainder upon arrival. A security deposit of €1000 will also be required for any potential damages, and €100 if you prefer to clean yourself.
