"really good location, close to the main coach + train station, easy to walk to all main areas from. the room was clean, has a communal kitchen and bathroom which were clean and well stocked. the man who checked us in was really lovely and funny, and helped out whenever needed. the only downside for some people would be the stairs, we had to walk up 3 flights to get to our room which was absolutely no issue for us but maybe for older / less able people. but overall no complaints, we really...

"This hotel is a hidden gem in a small courtyard just off Crea canal. Room was neat and comfortable with window to small courtyard, it was very pleasant to let in some natural light. The staff were very kind, friendly, outgoing and helpful. The neighborhood (Cannaregio) was especially nice, with many restaurants and canal water bus (vaporetto) available just around the corner, and short walk to Santa Lucia train station.
