Emplacement imbattable!

Our family stayed for three weeks and had an excellent stay. The house is ideally located about 10-12min walk from the lake and 5-7min walk from the town with a few excellent restaurants and a great bakery, butcher, etc. We had an incredible stay and the host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Très jolie maison savoyarde, très cosy, bien équipée, proche du lac (10minutes à pied) située dans un environnement calme et reposant. A 15 minutes en voiture de la vieille ville d Annecy. Jardin entièrement clôturé, parfait pour le chien.Merci à Monsieur Bourgeois pour son accueil et sa confiance. Je recommande !

Nous avons apprécié le séjour dans cette maison, surtout de pouvoir nous rendre à pied au magnifique lac et de pouvoir aller dans les commerces à proximité. Le jardin est bien clôturé donc pratique avec un chien. Certains points sont à améliorer dans la maison, nous en avons informé les propriétaires qui vont sans doute s'en occuper.

Excellente maison et localisation

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison en famille de 6 personnes. Le jardin est spacieux et bien disposé, la maison a tout ce qu'il faut en termes déquipement et un espace intérieur confortable pour tout le monde. La localisation est très bonne, au calme et proche des commodités, le propriétaire très accueillant. Je recommande vivement.

Entspannter Urlaub mit viel Platz für 5 Personen

Der erste-äussere-Eindruck täuschte: das Haus war in einem guten bis sehr guten Zustand und bereits größtenteils renoviert. Auf insgesamt 3 Etagen verteilten sich 2 tolle funktionelle Bäder, 3 Schlafzimmer (wobei die "Kinder"schlafzimmer mit den vorhandenen Betten für Teenager im Alter von 16-18 Jahren doch etwas zu klein waren) und eine gut ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Geschirrspüler, Gasherd und einem High-Tec-Kühlschrank. Ein großer Garten mit je einem Holzkohle- und einem Gasgrill rundeten das Bild positiv ab. Bis zum See waren es etwa 5min Fußweg, dann konnte man in das türkisfarbene Wasser des Sees springen (für Nichtschwimmer sollte der offizielle Strand genutzt werden!) Leider gab es bei unserer Buchung zwei Mißverständnisse aufgrund fehlerhafter Übersetzung: der Parkplatz ist nicht auf oder am Grundstück, sondern in ca. 150-300m Entfernung und der zweite Punkt: uns war nicht bekannt, dass wir bei Abreise das Haus hätten selbst reinigen müssen . Alles in Allem ein sehr großzügiges Haus mit Grundstück.

Très jolie vue!

Séjour agréable dans cette maison de village même si le beau temps n’a pas toujours été au rendez-vous. Peut être souligner que le logement est peu adapté à des enfants en bas âge (moins de 2 ans) la présence d’un escalier ouvert (absolument superbe!) à tous les étages rendant leurs déplacements périlleux.
