Aircon was so loud could not sleep for our two night stay. When I informed reception the first day they just said sorry. Then I formed them the second day they just said sorry.

Great location, 20 min away from all the great places to visit. Exceptional staff, Wyatt helped us check in and out. Very friendly professional and knowledgeable. The team who brought our car around every time, very fast and friendly. The lobby and the way to our room you felt like you were at the jungle. Clean and well maintained. The pool area very nice.
The reason I didn’t give the hotel 5 stars it is because my room was really outdated and there was a moldy smell in the closet and the drawers. All my clothes smelled moldy. The balcony was not well maintained and the screen was broken.
Over all good experience, exceptional service and staff.
