The AC in the room was not operating and the room was miserably hot. I called the front desk and and the clerk sent a technician up. The technician responded quickly and was very polite. He worked on the unit and it appeared to be working. The system was not able to cool the room.
I reported the lack of AC to the front desk and received no assistance. The original desk clerk and technician were very helpful and attempted to fix the issue. The follow on staff was not helpful. The AC system in this hotel cannot handle extreme heat environments.
I checked into the hotel because my ac was not working at my house. I wanted a weekend stay with a cool climate and checked into the hotel for the weekend. I left after one night because the room temperature was unbearable.
