It features a 350 meters square land plot with 3 neat, modern and cozy bedrooms with blackout curtains and en-suite bathrooms, a breezy living-room with dining area, a spacious covered open-air terrace with comfortable sofas overlooking the wide tropical garden and the jungle.  
Adorned with a tasteful selection of local ornaments that brings a homey atmosphere to all the property.   
  
It’s lush green garden and the 6x3 meters swimming-pool welcomes you in a harmony of nature and peace.   
There is a triple private carpark, one storage room, high speed internet throughout the villa, greenery in all bathrooms, a built-in pool day bed, 2 sunlounges, a smart TV with a sound-bar in the living-room so you can watch any of your favorite Netflix series or listen to your favorite tunes.  
  
The villa offers direct sun-light throughout the whole day, a tropical jungle panorama and a quiet atmosphere for a total relaxing stay.   
  
All 3 bedrooms have the same size and each one is equipped with a ceiling fan, air-conditioner, a working desk and big sized closet.   
  
The kitchen is equipped with the essential cooking ware and a full set of tableware for 8 people.
