"Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Winterurlaub in der Hohen Tatra. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage (mitten im Ort, dicht am Skigebiet und am gut sortierten Supermarkt). Die Appartements sind groß, gut ausgesrattet und teilweise mit Balkon; wenn auch so langsam der Zahn der Zeit an vielen Ecken der Einrichtung nagt. "We had an amazing stay at the hotel, unfortunately only for 1 night. Will def come back again. We had a massage booked at the spa for 3 on the day of the arrival. We were late for almost an hour due to traffic, and they still waited for us to get the treatment. We had the chalet suite, it was very nice a cosy. Great beds. Comfortable bathroom and good shower. The breakfast was very good! The room has stairs… just FYI. "

"We had a great stay at the Kempinski High Tatrus. This hotel had an established, genuinely 5 star feel. It knows what it is, and delivers brilliantly. The setting is outstanding, with a frozen lake and snow on the ground, but we didn’t see a cloud in 4 days. The service is great, and the breakfast generous. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable; there is a pillow and duvet menu… all in a great stay. "
