Countryside cottage with Nordic wood fired spa & above ground swimming pool

Le Breil Furet is located down a country lane North East of Meneac village. The driveway can easily accommodate 2 cars accessed by the 5 bar hockey stick gate. On entering by the front door you step into an open plan kitchen and lounge. The kitchen has recently been refurbished and has an integrated fridge, a free standing cooker of which the oven is electric, hob has 3 gas rings along with 1 electric. There is also a combination microwave, a Phillips 2200 coffee machine which can either take coffee beans or ground coffee and froths milk, modern crockery as well as melamine dinnerware for use when outside on the terrace. An assortment of drinking glasses, outdoor plastic glassware, bbq grill set, kettle and toaster are all there to make your stay feel home from home. A farmhouse style pine kitchen table with 4 chairs are also in this area.
Onto the lounge there is a wood fired log burner as centre piece with a reproduction warehouse cart coffee table. Either side of this table are 2 handsome and stylish brown leather chesterfield sofas. At a generous 170cm seat width you know you have comfort and will almost certainly be the comfiest chesterfield you'll ever sit in. By the front door there is a wall mounted smart television with Netflix, Canal+, Sport, Apple+ and lots of french channels for you to watch! Underneath in a mexican style wine rack with a dvd player on top. On the other side of the window is a small cabinet for dvd's, a lamp and a large victorian wall mounted mirror.
Go through the back door and you enter the 'sun room'. This has a small wood fired log burner and 2 comfy single chairs overlooking the terrace and beyond. Here you will find usb sockets to charge up your mobile/tablet devices. This room then leads into the utility area where theres a boot locker for shoes/coats, a sink, washing machine and downstairs toilet. From the utility you access the 30 meter square terrace via patio doors.
Upstairs via the staircase from the kitchen/lounge there are 2 large bedrooms both which have Super king beds, deep mattresses finished off with 9cm feather toppers for an incredible restful nights sleep! Each room also has a hairdryer, chair, built in wardrobe, commode à tiroir, bedside cabinets either side of the bed with lamps and wall mounted mirrors. There are light cotton curtains as well as day/night blinds to darken the room. The main bedroom lights are ceiling fans. At the end of the corridor is the main bathroom which comprises of shower, toilet, bath and sink.
Outside at the rear on the terrace is seating for 4 people table and chairs and sun loungers. There is also a charcoal BBQ and a gas fired pizza oven.

Place your home made or shop bought pizza inside and watch it cook in just 1 to 2 minutes through the glass door. Halfway through the cooking time open door, take out, spin 180 degrees and pop back for rest of the cooking time for even cooking. And most importantly…….enjoy.
To the side of the terrace is the entrance to the nordic wood fired hot tub and above ground swimming pool area.
You will have total access to this! Completely private surrounded with a 2 meter wooden high fence and a 1 metre high gate. Dimensions of hot tub is 2 metre diameter which seats 4.
The above ground pool is open from 2nd week in April and closes last weekend in September for Winter and is salt water. The hot tub is available all year round!
The Nordic hot tub requires 2 to 3 hours to heat up so it’s a unique event.
