"Very nice property for a family stay. We were a party of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) and had a great time. The bungalow house was spacious and very well-kept, clean and well-stocked. Parking was right at the bungalow so it was very easy and convenient. Beautiful natural atmosphere, with a porch that came with a BBQ grill. Pools are medium sized and shared (one for each two or so bungalows but enough in number and well placed so as to not result in any inconvenience). The property is a drive away...

"The Villa Victoria Lodge is a beautiful, little oasis, not too far from Mendoza, Maipu and all the bodegas. The sisters who are managing the place are very helpful and friendly, the Villa has a lot of character and the garden with the pool is beautifully situated. Lamentablemente no se respetó la reserva y nos asignaron una cabaña más pequeña que nos complicó. Hubo eso sí buena disposición para resolver, pero el descuento no fue acordé a la situación. además al pagar con tarjeta nos recargaron un 7% cuando si hubieramos prepagado por la página NO habrían aplicado ese recargo. "Muy mal, llegue y no tenía la reserva en el lugar que estaba completo. Quede varada en un lugar desconocido. Nunca me atendieron en Hoteles.com para plantear el problema suscitado. Un gran disgusto, solo espero que el pago con la tarjeta no impacte porque tendré que hablar con abogados sobre ello. Es inconcebible llegar a un lugar reservado con antelación y que te respondan que ellos no trabajan con Hoteles.com. Me sentí estafada "
