This is a gem of a little hotel. Well located in the university district, it offers modern spacious rooms, a very nice breakfast, and reasonable rates.

We had a very nice stay here, and would stay here again. The rooms were so cozy and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The hotel felt safe and secure, especially when coming back later in the evening. Staff were all very lovely.

Muito boa a escolha por este hotel. Hotel simples, porém muito bem ajeitado, administrado pela família proprietária, e sempre atenciosos. Quarto amplo e limpo. Café da manhã simples mas gostoso. Localização perto de restaurantes bons, onde se pode ir a pé sem problemas. Eu super indico este hotel!!!

O quarto tinha um bom tamanho, mas a limpeza não estava 100%. As toalhas de banho precisam ser renovadas. O café da manhã foi bem fraco. O que salvou foram os ovos mexidos. A localização é muito boa, pois fica perto da rua Arístides e do Parque San Martin.

Muy buena estadía desde el momento de llegada. El personal fue bien amable durante la estadía, en especial Dante. La habitación es moderna, amplia, camas bien cómodas, todo muy limpio, bonito y baño modernos. El desayuno fue muy bueno. Buena localización y experiencia. 10/10
