Ride your ATV or side by side to Wolf Pen Gap or Fourche Mtn right from the cottage. This cottage sleeps 4\. There is a 10.00 fee per guest per night over 2 guests. Please feel free to call if you have any questions about either unit. A one time pet fee of 35.00 fee per dog, per stay (NOT REFUNDABLE) may be sent as a separate request for payment. Please let us know your dog breed before check in and how many dogs you will be bringing. All dogs must be crated when guests are not in cottage! A fenced pet play area allows your four legged friends to stretch their legs and enjoy the great outdoors. Take them for a walk to the creek where they can splash or watch you fish or kayak. This deck includes outdoor lights and plenty of space to kick your feet up and relax at the end of a long day. Wood laminate flooring runs throughout the living areas where you will find a large living room with a sleeper sofa, large TV with satellite programming, comfortable recliner, and a selection of books are available to enjoy during your stay. The separate bedroom has a king size bed. Kitchen appliances include a stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker w/filters for the duration of your stay. Coffee not provided. BRING YOUR COFFEE OF CHOICE. In the cabinets you will find dishes, flatware for 8, and cooking utensils. Iron and ironing board are also provided. NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE. KAYAKS & CREEK: There are 3 ORANGE kayaks and 1 yellow kayak, paddles, & adult life jackets available for use during your stay. The kayaks are for use ON OUR PROPERTY AND ARE NOT TO BE REMOVED FROM SITE! Guests assume all responsibility for use. All guests are required to wear life jackets while kayaking. The kayaks & life jackets are hanging from the backside of the deck. Generally, the creek flows slow enough that you can paddle upstream. After about 1/2 mile downstream there are some large rocks in the middle - this is a point where you will turn around. You cannot walk back. The creek is full of fish where the water gets deeper so feel free to bring your poles and tackle. You must have an AR fishing license. OUR PROPERTY ACCESS: The area behind the deck to the creek is our property and extends East about 50 feet which is landmarked by a large burn pile. PLEASE DO NOT TRESPASS OFF OUR PROPERTY! CHECK IN is 3:00 pm. CHECK OUT time is 11:00am SHARP. You will be charged 30.00 per every 15 minutes past 11:00\. Our housekeepers time is very valuable! Communication was great. The cabin is a duplex. It is nicely furnished and other than car doors we never heard the people in the other side. It is pet friendly with extra dog towels. I never mind paying a pet fee to bring my dog but I do think a pet fee per dog a bit much. We had very small dogs but only expected to bring one. I had to bring the other due to a last minute family issue. Also, be aware of the charge per minute if you leave late. All in all it was a great place to stay. ##### Karen V. Our favorites: playing board games, floating the creek all the way down, fishing the creek, dancing on the deck, catching fire flies (and releasing them back of course), playing cards on the deck, laughing until our ribs hurt, riding the mountain trail, playing frisbee with our dog, kayaking and grilling outside! We truly enjoy our stay and we love that we don’t have to leave for anything other than riding the telamena scenic trail! ##### Sheli S. Loved all the leaves and birds: chickadees, tufted titmouse, woodpeckers, geese, and saw a deer on our way out. Located close to Wilhemenia State Park for hiking. Wish we had time to stay another day or 2\. We loved it. Forced us to not rely on our phone or streaming and enjoy nature. ##### Lisa D. The property is immaculately clean. It is a short side by side rod to Wolfpen gap trail head. There’s a small creek at the back of the property which is nice to go. Look at little fish in the morning and drink coffee. I would recommend this for couples. It is a cute little property. But my tinder date was a jerk. ##### Amy R.
