The house was amazing. Everything was of the best quality. Beds were amazing. The host were so responsive and friendly. I will most definitely stay here again. It was close to everything we needed
We had a large group celebrating a birthday. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and sleep without being crowded. We loved the close proximity to the different atv trails and the atv rental dropped units off for us. The hot tub was an added bonus after bouncing around on atvs and hiking. Well stocked and easy to communicate with host!
A great place to stay. The house is three levels with bathrooms on each floor and plenty of parking. Also close to the wolf pen trailheads which you can ride to from the house.
We had a great stay at the Back Roads Barn. From the game room Foosball Tournament to the hot tub and the fire pit, this place had exactly what we needed. And Mark and Alicia qualify as true Super Hosts - maybe the best VRBO hosts we've ever had!
This was a great experience. First time to the area. Dwelling was great and the hosts were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this property. Thanks.
It was a perfect location for hitting the wolfpen gap trails. One of the trucks we had was pulling a 40ft trailer and had room to turn around. Very nice place. Was way to hot to use the firepit or hot tub, but we hope to return when it's colder. And when the six of us got ready we all had hot water for shower, which was amazing.
Outstanding place with many amenities, comfort and cleanliness. A great stocked kitchen downstairs, made it great for the adults to prepare meals while the kids played in the game room and hot tub. The quick access to the trails and large parking lot made this the ultimate place to stay.
This house is great! So much fun for the kids and the perfect layout!! This was our second time at this house and we’ve stayed in one other cabin by the same owner and she is so sweet and helpful and always responds immediately! We’ll be back soon!
Great place to stay with separate bedrooms and bathrooms; much better than just staying in a hotel room. Great kitchen, good for cooking a meal or two so you don't have to eat out all the time. Plenty of parking for vehicles, trailers, and motorcycles. Close proximity to Iron Mountain. Excellent communication with hosts.
Hands down, best hosts we've had. Super helpful & responsive! This home was perfect for our "framily" sxs weekend! Excellent access to trails, lots of room to spread out, plenty of seating, and very comfortable beds! I particularly loved all of the seating in the kitchen area! We loved having meals together!
The home was fully equipped with everything we could want and need for our stay. The game room and hot tub were added bonus! Very clean and well decorated. Close to sxs trails, swimming holes, and more while also being a short drive to town if needed. Will definitely come again and share with our friends!! Thanks for sharing your spot with us!
This place is very large and accommodates lots of people. Since all our group iwas older, the stairs were quite challenging.
Owner was very helpful awas available by phone at all times. We definitely enjoyed our stay and also the easy accessibility to trail riding! older, stairsmade it challenging
Loved this property! Great communication with host. Loved that my teens got off electronics on there own too play air hockey, Foosball, and shuffle board. Easy access to trails. Will be back again.
We enjoyed our stay. The home was big and clean. The three levels threw us off a bit but it was fine! Our littles loved having the top room to themselves.. like a little hideout. The home was close to town and close to trails. We were able to drive SxS everywhere. Loved the lightning bug shows at night. We will be back!
The entire cabin is well thought out. Super clean. It's so well shaded with lovely trees outside and this makes for really nice outdoor time. I was able to reach the host at any time and she was as kind as they come. Even checking in with me before the stay to ask if we were excited for our upcoming trip. The beds were very very comfy. Thank you for that!
The property was perfect! Each of us had our own floor. Super clean and organized. Lots to do after riding the trails. Hot tun was fantastic. Game room was a blast. Tons of deer everywhere. And the weather couldnt have been more perfectm plus the host was amazing. She was super informative and answered every question thatvwe disnt have to ask.
Property was exactly how it was described, but add some special touches. The host was very attentive, our family waited to get there to go grocery shopping, good thing!!! The host had so many extras there, every spice you can think of, popcorn, coffee, creamer, flour, even vanilla, and oils. We were amazed. The kitchen had labels and was orginized perfectly with plenty of seating for the entire family. The beds were comfortable, air hockey table was fun, and the hot tub was perfect after riding trails allday. Last but not least, the welcome committee, the sweet neighbor dogs, we are animal lovers and these well behaved sweeties, happily visited everyday. We can't wait to stay here again or maybe even at your property down the road. If I could grade this place and host.... hands down, A+++++
We have been going on family trips once a year or more for several years now. This one is on the top of our list. The hosts have an absolutely beautiful perfect set up. Plenty of beds on each level with a bathroom. Tables, chairs, casual seating, and games for everyone. The outside was just as inviting with a walk around porch, lots of tables and chairs, grills, and fire pit. We even had the opportunity to pick up walnuts and acorns. The house made you feel like you were away from the hustle and bustle of the world. Easy access to the Ouachita Mountain trails and beautiful forest. We rode every day even in the rain. Great recommendations from the host for food. They were the absolute best hosts that I've dealt with. They gave you updates on menus, area activities, and some cost suggestions. I would highly without reservation recommend one of their home rentals to everyone. I believe we stayed in their largest. We had 10 total individuals with plenty of room to spare. We would suggest calling them and booking your next trip. We will return one day. Thanks again for such a wonderful time.
