This is a NON Smoking 3 bed 3 full bath home 2 rooms downstairs, 1 bedroom up stairs. Additional bed in the upstairs great room. Twin bed in an upstairs nook. Home is on a nice private lot. Home is within walking distance to old town Olive Branch. As with many old roads, the road parallels the train tracks, so please be aware that there are trains passing by. You will find this home relaxing and cozy. Sorry, there are No pets allowed! No locals. No additional overnight guest. No Events. No Parties!

Good house for family stay

Good location for being near Memphis, but safer and easy access to all activities near Olive Branch. The house was roomy and provided space for my family of 5...only downside is the train across the road so definitely bring a noise machine and some good ear plugs if that will bother you.

Perfect cozy Home

We really enjoyed our stay with plenty of room for all of us. We loved that we had 3 separate bathrooms and felt like everything was perfect as described. The beds were comfy and everyone was able to relax and enjoy a beautiful wedding weekend.

Cozy Old Home

We loved this old house. Even tho it was old it was decorated so beautiful and has such Charm!! The beds were comfy and the sheets so soft. We were greeted by snacks in the kitchen and sodas and water in the fridge. It was very clean and spacious. We were 5 min away from the venue and will absolutely rent this home again next year!!

Great family home

This home was very nice and had everything we needed. Stayed there for a family wedding. Having three bathrooms was very nice and the bedrooms were nice size. The AC units kept the home at a comfortable temperature even with the hot days. The location was easy to get to. The train was loudest in the bedroom near the porch but was not bothersome.

Relaxing

The property was very relaxing. The rooms were spacious. The fresh flowers were a very personal and caring gesture. We felt right at home. Whenever we went out, the kids would say, when are we going home, meaning the cozy house. We felt like we were home. The home was a very nice place to come back to. We all really enjoyed the home and the train. lol

Memphis golf trip

Looked for a house for 3 adults and this house fit what we were looking for. There was plenty of space and three bathrooms. The house was on a main road with train tracks nearby but we knew this before we booked. The owner provided ear plugs for anyone needing them but I felt the road and train noise was negligible if you have experience living in an urban area. The house was close to shopping and restaurants.
