Booked the hotel for the hot tub. Of course it was closed for maintenance. Staff were sure nice! Probably won’t stay here again. Both evenings the “bistro” was closed.
Friendliest staff! I have stayed in 5-Star properties around the world. Who would have thought the nicest, most-professional hotel staff--from the front desk to the cafe--would be located in little Southaven, MS. I highly recommend!
I stayed their do to a funeral I had to attend.the hotel was presentable and clean.I just didn’t like that the road that led to the hotel was gravel do to construction being done to the road.other than that it was a convenient location.right by the freeway and it was surrounded by food places,plenty of department stores.I give it a 4 overall

Website unclear regarding free shuttle to airport being only available during the week not weekends also free shuttle in the area no details in limit area radius. House keeping did not empty garbage or bring clean towels?

Very noisy overnight as reservation was end room by elevator. Carpet in room was wet like it was just wet vacuumed. Not sure I would stay again or recommend.
Very nice hotel. Rooms were suitable for accessibility for all members of the party. Staff was nice and polite. Would recommend for any stay.

No sheets or pillows for rollout bed. When asked the desk clerk was not accommodating and seemed annoyed we were asking. Outlet in bathroom didn’t work. We’re told that breakfast was complimentary and it was not. Lobby was very hot.

Not worth the money
I called to see about an early check in, was told no, fine, but she proceeded to tell me a room might not even be available at the 3pm check in time. I booked a month ahead and requested a crib at the time. Got there, no more cribs. No where for baby to sleep safely. I hadn’t planned on an alternative. The pool had blood on floor, debri littered around, and no towels.

When I entered the building to check in there was no one around and there were very few lights on/ very dark inside. Had to wait bit for someone to appear, no bell to ring. My family had a room with a pull out bed, I had to go to the front desk to ask for sheets and blankets in order to make the bed. The man at the desk gave me sheets and one blanket, when I asked for a pillow he said there were none left but he was sorry about that 😳 while making the bed I was standing on soaked carpet. No coffee in the room, had to spend 6$ on 2 cups of coffee. Several hotels in the area….do yourself a huge favor and stay at one of them

Hotel was great, but they did not offer any type of complimentary breakfast or coffee that I always expect at Courtyard.

Room was clean for the most part, aside from the carpet, which had fake flower petals that had not been picked up, all over, from a previous guest. Hotel store was bare, not stocked at all with drinks, snacks, etc..

The property itself was not a problem. In our room the phone and the tvdid not work. When went down to tell the front desk they told me to climb over the desk and unplug the tv and see if that worked. And if it didnt, oh well. For the phone they gave me a number and said call this # if you need front desk. Called the number and it did not work either, said it was not a working number. Housekeeping also was asked to leave us new towels but not to clean the room. They did not leave us towels.

This was SO disappointing for a Marriott facility there was used bar soap left in the shower the carpets in the hallways were dirty the ice machine didn’t work, there was no food available and when I went to the bar the kid (literally looked 17) opened the fridge and pulled out and old used bottle of wine and said I guess no one has gone to the store? What kind of Marriott is this???? Totally not up to company standards. This place should have a surprise visit by corporate and get it cleaned up pronto.

We came to visit Memphis but stayed in Stonehaven instead. The hotel is right off the interstate and close to everything. Only 20 minutes away from Memphis. Only disappointments was, everytime we went to the front desk (except when checking out), no one was available so we had to wait for them to come out the office. Also the ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken so we had to go to the 2nd floor for ice.
