There was a dog in the room next to us with uncontrollable barking for our two night stay. When we talked to the front desk she said she knew nothing about it. Definitely made our stay unenjoyable.

People live in this hotel. So it’s kind of a welfare hotel. The breakfast isn’t really a breakfast. Just a muffin in a plastic bag. The room was kind of cheap and cold

Great price and very comfortable. The water was a bit cold in the the tub. I called the front desk and they reset the boiler! Very accommodating. Thank you!

Horrible experience with mellenia or whoever the girl on night shift was. Room was not up to par nor what i expected. It wasnt what i saw in the picture and what i booked the room for. I saw a carpeted room with stove and oven. Stove was available but no oven. Brought tons of food with hopes to stay for the week. Fridge not getting cold only thing that works is the freezer. It was an old fridge and Outside of it was very dirty. From a scale of 1 thru 10 i would give this hotel a 4. It's a bit run down. There's no capeting in the room so be careful as the pictures do not represent what you will get once you check in. Upon entrance in lobby hotels smells like straight marijuana almost wanted to throw up from the strong smell! Hallways are dirty so are the walls. It's prettt much a run down hotel. Bathroom tub had hairs in it and i had to clean it including wiping down all surfaces and door knobs. Napkin was brown just wiping down tables and counters. Many people live here as this is their home not just a hotel. If you want cheap but at an expensive price. Then try your luck here at 100 spagnoli road melville new york. Good luck

It was a great stay. But the tub need a new liner. The tv and outlets are way out of date. And if we are in a no smoking section. We should not have to smell weed in our room. That sucked.other than that. It was a good stay.

You definitely get what you pay for here.
The water would not get hot or even warm for a shower. The key kept losing the ability to open the room. The phone in my room did not work and the beds were hard as a rock. Will not stay here again.

Place looked like a shelter. There was a dog on every level a they smoked cigs in the lobby. I felt so offended that I actually had to pay for a room. In this day and age stay away from hotels under $120

En general was good but , I think they fall in the maintenance of the room , when we go in to the room , we found a leak at the base of the toilet, all the floor was wet in the bathroom..
