Nice hotel, very quiet.

My experience at this hotel was wonderful. The manager was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Very nice and quite hotel

The room was clean, staff was nice and helpful whenever I needed something. Area has a bunch of places to eat and do things.

the room wasn't clean, to the point their was dog hair and human hair all over the 1 queen sized bed. I had to go down to request another room which their was not. They chalked it up to the cleaning people are bad and just made the bed. The amount of pubic/ chest/ idk hair was amazing. if you don't expect clean sheets or a room great place.

Pros: Manager took care of any issues that came up.
Cons: The night staff is not welcoming at all for a front desk.
Location: Some local bars and restaurants.
It smelled like someone was smoking in the elevator. But by morning the smell was gone. A lot of company vans are parked in the parking lot in the morning. When i checked in the evening before the front desk lady was not friendly at all. Barely making eye contact and never smiled. The manager in the morning was friendly and smiling as expected from staff.

Stayed overnight

Pros: Kitchen and full size fridge
Cons: Perhaps coffee makers in the rooms
Location: Location was easy access to the LIE and Republic airport
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a nice visit. I will stay there again when in that area.

Breakfast

It said free breakfast, but the breakfast consist of coffee and a pre wrapped stale muffin or instant oatmeal and that's it .

Horrible

When we arrived there hair in the sink, all over the toilet and in the shower. We asked for another room and so we switched. The next day we found cockroaches in our room. They offered us two other rooms but if theres one roach then where's the rest???
