Overall was good, my only concern was the breakfast. They should provide more option to eat than granola bar and oatmeal box.

A Place To Put Your Head

Cons: No smoking in Non-Smoking rooms.
Needed something in a hurry and it was available - most other places were booked. Basically ended up being a bed and not a place to relax. Someone had been smoking in the bathroom and the odor was pretty strong.

Our full kitchen didn't have a coffee pot, or a single dish or spoon. There was a little card on the counter saying you could request them. Hey, you know you rented the room, you should have it ready for guests. Continental Breakfast is a gross exaggeration. No toaster or anything to toast. Hot water for tea, but no lemon or milk. Worst, the light didn't work in our bathroom. When reported to the desk, my husband was told maintenance wasn't available on the weekend. Try the Best Western in Woodbury. Much better deal with breakfast and a pool. They are also pet friendly.

MEH Hotel

Pros: The bathroom looked clean. There was a grab and go breakfast and the coffee was good with the creamer.
Cons: Free WiFi that is practical and actually free.
Location: Nothing much.
It was meh. Got the job done. It could've been way worse. What was annoying was that the free WiFi was super slow and they tried to make you pay extra if you wanted "faster" internet to skype or even see simple pictures! WiFi should be free. The housekeeping is only once a week and they would charge you extra if you wanted it done more frequently. You could get clean towels if you took the dirty ones to the front desk. The bed was lumpy-firm if that makes sense.

Stinky Room

Cons: Update ALL the rooms, enforce the non-smoking policy and don't subject guests to rooms where the policy has been violated.
I will preface by saying I did not give the staff an opportunity to make it right - but the "Non-Smoking" room was CLEARLY NOT a non-smoking room (despite the sign that proudly proclaimed it so in the room!). It stunk to high heavens - despite my attempts to Febreeze it. The odor was in the carpet, bedding, curtains and yes - the walls. When I did mention it - the clerk at the desk blamed it on the vent system . . . I thought I had read reviews that said the hotel had recently been renovated - sadly we did not get a newly renovated room. The bathroom needed renovations - under the sink area a board was not in place. The floors were sticky, the doors were tacky and the carpet disgusting. I was also surprised that in this hotel with cooking facilities and a fridge - NONE of the tableware, cookware or even glasses were provided. We would have had to request them separately. I understand about theft prevention, but found this very disappointing when looking for a simple glass.

Room at a nice motel

This place is a small motel/inn with Southern-esque architecture. The staff is OK or nice. There are some good amenities like a microwave and a work desk. Overall nice.

Cons: Breakfast!
Location: Limited.
You call that breakfast? Cool coffee, no hot water for tea and a dried up muffin. Stayed at comfort inn two nights in a row. Cost lower, better rooms and more responsive staff. no restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Out of the way of anything.

My stay would have been okay except for the rooms being dirty. Everywhere I looked there were foreign hairs, visible spots and finger prints and grime in the bathroom. I had to change rooms because the first room's water would not drain in the shower and I was hoping that the new room would be a clean one but amazingly it was the same thing! I had to make a trip and spend extra money on cleaning supplies, pillow cases and a blanket to help my stay to be more comfortable. The staff was nice. The problem was a housekeeping/maintainence issue. The hotel is a non-smoking hotel, however every so often you'd smell smoke. I would not recommend this particular hotel for a vacation or anything. But the location was perfect for me.

Odor in the room

Upon arrival the room I checked into had a terrible odor, broken toilet seat and a clogged bathroom sink. The hotel offered another room which was just as bad. I would not recommend extend stay hotel because they really do jot clean and maintain there rooms well.

Exactly what I expected

The room was large and clean with plenty of space to put our stuff and relax. There was no noise from inside or outside the hotel to be heard. The bed was comfortable. Overall, the room was exactly what I expected it to be.
