Hotel room was not cleaned, we had to ask the front desk for new soap, there was used soap on the sink and in the shower

The only issue I had was with house keeping ! I shouldn't have to pay $10.00 to have the sheets changed after being there for three days and also recieved an attitude from the 10am front desk attendant for asking about housekeeping . My stay was pleasant otherwise .

They never cleaned the room and there was garbage in the hallway for three days.

We provide housekeeping services to guests staying eight or more nights; however, these services are always available upon request for an additional fee. In response to your feedback, I will make sure we are clearly communicating our amenities during guest arrivals as well as frequently walking our property. no curb appeal, dirty looby, suprisingly decent ro

The entrance and lobby were actually dirty and in need of a good cleaning starting with the lack of curb appeal, dead plants in the exterior planters and the glass entry doors were full of finger printers, the lobby floor and area rugs were down right dirty and in need of a thorough vacuum!! This would've made me not stay there though I was far from home and had prepaid my room weeks in advance and needed to attend an event in the area. When I had returned for the night, the lobby was in better shape and the smell of the laundry service was encouraging. My room itself was clean and in good shape which was a welcomed surprise and relief...the first impression was off putting!
