We enjoyed a gorgeous sunset most evenings and the apartment was very spacious and easily accommodated 6 people. There were lots of personal and thoughtful touches which made it feel like a home from home. The location was brilliant for accessing most of the main tourist sites in Malta and only half an hour from the airport. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay somewhere that's quiet, outside of the tourist throng and enjoy a breathtaking view. Great for families with young children too. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, grocery store around the corner and the easiest public transportation we experienced. Ein kleiner, sehr gut sortierter Mini-Markt liegt ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Von Pat, die auch eine begnadete Malerin ist, wurden wir freundlich empfangen und mit allem ausgestattet, was es für ein erstes Frühstück braucht. Sonne auf dem Balkon gab es während unserer Reisezeit (Jan./Feb.) nicht; im Sommer ist der Schatten vielleicht von Vorteil. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon nach hinten raus, der gegen Mittag von der Sonne verwöhnt wird, da er auf eine Baulücke hinausgeht. Wir waren zu zweit. Felt a shame to leave it. Only a few steps and you could have a sea dip. The neighbourhood was so charming; it was lovely to see families together by the sea and see the community spirit. You can go swimming and snorkeling right across the street - getting into the water is a bit tricky here but it is definitely worth it. Beach is 15 mins walk away, 3 good restaurants even closer. We stayed there with 2 adults and 2 kids for 8 days and really loved it. Pat and her son were very kind and helpful. They even brought us 2 power adapters since we did not realize the different power plugs before. Summary: highly recommended. ##### Peter E.
