A designer finished property up to luxury standards, in the heart of Mellieha, minutes away from the village square, restaurants, churches, shops and lovely beach of Mellieha Bay.

Aloha apartment is a designer finished property up to luxury standards with it's own entrance. The charming, typical, maisonette is situated minutes away from the lively village square (pubs, restaurants, a Catholic church, pharmacy and minimarkets are present here).

Sleeping 4 in 2 separate bedrooms, one of which has ensuite facilities. All of which are located on the ground floor, and have good-sized living spaces, whilst ensuring privacy for everyone.

Bedrooms configuration on the ground floor:

- Double Bedroom (with ensuite)
- Twin Bedroom (2 beds)

Twin beds can be adjusted to double beds on request. This is subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing at least 1 week before the arrival date

The AC units are available with an electronic coin system €1 & €2 coins installed at the property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2 per night.

The main doors on the facade are monitored by CCTV cameras for safety and security. No other recording devices inside or in the backyard.

Maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more.

Malta Government Eco Tax

Kindly note that the price does not include Malta Eco Tax, we are required by law to collect it on arrival from all tourists, including locals from the age of 18 and over. The tax is € 1.50c per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands. Capped at a maximum of €22.50 per person for each continuous stay. This is paid prior to check-in.

House rules:
NO PARTIES & EVENTS - Parties, events and excessive gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during evening and night hours.
SMOKING - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A €250 penalty will apply if this rule is breached. Please use the ashtrays provided outside.
PETS - No pets are permitted without prior written approval from Laguna Holidays Malta.
NUMBER OF GUESTS - The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number stated on the booking.
NOISE - Please be considerate of our neighbours. Excessive noise, loud music or disruptive behaviour is not permitted.
CARE OF THE PROPERTY - Please treat the property, furniture, appliances and facilities with care. Any damage or breakage must be reported to us as soon as possible.
SECURITY - Please lock all doors and windows whenever leaving the property. Do not provide access codes or keys to unauthorised persons.
AIR CONDITIONING - Please keep doors and windows closed while A/C units are operating. A/C usage is operated through the property's coin meter.
TV & ENTERTAINMENT - The property features WelcomeScreens, your digital guest guide containing accommodation information, house instructions, local recommendations, activities and useful information. For free TV channels and movies, please use the "StbEmu" application on the Smart TV.
GARBAGE - Please follow the applicable garbage collection schedule. Garbage should only be placed outside (on the pavement opposite the apartment) according to the designated collection times.
CHECK-OUT - Please follow the check-out instructions and leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.
