Are you ready to experience Mediterranean living in our uniquely styled 2BR home in Mellieha? Ideally located for beach lovers & history, just minutes from the Mellieha Air Raid Shelter, Popeye Village and Mellieha Beach making it perfect for any type of group stay. Our home is also fully equipped with modern amenities like high-speed Wifi, super equipped kitchen & air conditioning making it perfect for both long and short term rentals. Did we also mention the view ? All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi! Living Spaces| As you step inside, you\`ll be welcomed by a large living area, thoughtfully designed for relaxation and entertainment. The front balcony provides both a quiet street view and sea view, a wonderful spot to start your day with a cup of coffee. The rear balcony offers a more private outdoor space, perfect for unwinding in the evening. Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, one with a double bed while the other with four single beds. Bathrooms| 1.5 bathrooms which includes a shower and one being an toilet Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night\`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly. Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special. 24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment. GuestsVery important notes before booking: 1\. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro) 2\. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially with respect to extra noises.
