"Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'ambiance de la maison et son environnement. C'est une maison avec beaucoup de charme et de personnalité. Elle est lumineuse, bien équipée et soigneusement décorée. La vue est très belle de toutes les pièces. Le lieu est facilement accessible et proche de nombreux sites d'intérêt, tout en demeurant très calme. "Lovely hotel near the beach a few steps away .Private beach sunbeds quite expensive with 20% of still 30 euros a day for 2 beds which you can book for the whole week if you want Rooms furnished well with all you need kept exceptionally clean by the cleaners A bit noisey in the morning as dustcarts come quite early we choose a side room in future i will go direct to the hotel re rooms . Reception staff excellent and the boss couldn't have been more helpful with all my questions she dealt with everything i asked about as my first time to the area Long promenade that you could walk into Cervia about 20mins or the hotel rented cycles with restaurents and bars on the beach along the way . Easy to find your way around as streets tended to be grids so easy to find your way to the restaurents in the area which were reasonable priced and we didint have a bad meal all week superb WE had bed and breakfast and if you cant find something you like to eat then must be beyond fussy as catered for everyone nothing to much trouble Will definately go there again Thank you for a lovely hotel "

"The hotel was excellent although we had short visit due to business the surroundings were nice, the hotel clean and personal polite. The only inconvenience is the lack of parking due to the location of the hotel right on the Main Street. They solved that my having one of their team promptly moving the car to garage. But it being like that one was limited to come and go with the car."

"We are driving through Italy and wanted to stop in San Marino. Hotel Rosa was a suggestion and we are happy we followed it. Small family hotel just inside the walls. Although the hotel has been there for 60 years it was recently renovated and with very good taste. Nice room, great bath and fantastic view. Great breakfast and very friendly and service-mindrd staff."

"Lovely stay at this affordable hotel. Simple but good breakfast. We had no hot water one morning but it was quickly fixed. Had an issue with the cleaners coming in my room despite putting out the do not disturb sign, but the front desk remedied that as well. Would gladly stay here again. "
