About this property
Yarra Valley Strawberry Farms
- This stunning Federation/Victorian home on acreage is presented to a very high standard. Situated in the heart of the scenic Yarra Valley, close to wineries, opposite an equestrian event park, easy walk to the Warburton Trail and a few minute drive to local stores and eateries.
The home was originally built in 1910. It has a large modernised kitchen/eating area, whilst retaining many of the original features. There is a library/sitting room with a wood burner, a conservatory with second dining/living area. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Outside there is a beautifully presented enclosed cottage garden with mature trees and shrubs. A terrace with an alfresco area for eating. There is also a flat grassed area to kick a football or play cricket. There is an orchard, various mature fruit trees and a vineyard which is all surrounded by our working strawberry farms.
Strawberry season November to the end of May
