A hidden Rye Escape! The Woodlands Retreat accommodates up to 9 guests in the heart of Rye a fully enclosed yard with plenty of front yard parking for a couple of cars, boat or jet skis. Return from a day at the beach and enjoy a summer BBQ in a natural bush front yard garden setting or take an afternoon hammock siesta under the trees.

The Kitchen and Living area:
Modern kitchen featuring brand new bosch electric induction stove, bosch dishwasher, stone bench tops, breakfast bar, coffee pod machine, microwave, and big dining table. Stay comfortable all year round with split system heating and cooling in the living areas or the option of an open wood fire place for a cosy winters night.

The Bedrooms:
The three bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests. Two bedrooms have a queen size bed and the third bedroom has single bunks and tri bunks sleeping up to 5 guests. The two new family bathrooms each include a shower, basin and toilet and the laundry has both a washing machine and a dryer.

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.

Strictly No parties

This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.

This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.

20% Deposit automatically taken to secure booking – Final balance due 30 days prior to guest arrival.

No refund 30 days prior to original guest check in date – Partial refund eligible if booking is cancelled outside of 30 days from original guest arrival date.
