The Space
Thoughtfully designed with clean architectural lines, warm timber finishes and floor-to-ceiling windows, the villa is filled with natural light and enjoys peaceful garden views from almost every room.

Sleeping Arrangements
Wattlewood comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three inviting bedrooms.
• Master Bedroom: Queen bed with reverse cycle heating and cooling, ceiling fan and room shades
• Bedroom Two: Double bed with a freestanding heating unit, ceiling fan and room shades
• Bedroom Three: Two single beds with a freestanding heating unit, ceiling fan and room shades

The contemporary bathroom features a beautiful freestanding soaking bath, modern shower and vanity with a separate toilet, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the peninsula, while a separate toilet provides added convenience for families and groups.

Cosy All Year Round
During the cooler months, gather around the charming Coonara wood fireplace with a glass of local wine and enjoy the warmth of a true winter retreat. Firewood is provided, making it easy to settle in after a day visiting nearby wineries, beaches or walking trails. There is a further split heating and cooling unit in the living room as well as a ceiling fan.

1. Ideal Guest Experience: Perfectly suited for romantic escapes, extended stays, girls' weekends, and relaxing getaways with family or friends, offering a comfortable and inviting setting to unwind and reconnect.

2. Pet-Friendly Stays: We welcome pets with prior approval! The property is NOT fully fenced. Standard pet policies apply.

3. Security Bond: A refundable $1,000 security bond is required for all stays and is promptly released following checkout inspection.

4. Guest Verification & Council Compliance: Upon booking, you will receive our standard digital guest verification form, including our mandatory No Party Policy. To secure your reservation, please complete and return this verification within 24 hours. All stays must comply with local council short-stay regulations.

5. Quiet Stay Policy: In accordance with Mornington Peninsula Shire Council guidelines, we maintain a strict policy prohibiting parties, events, schoolies, bucks, or hens gatherings.
