Take a 15-minute walk to the Rye Beach off-leash dog area or head 5 minutes to a fantastic children's playground. Explore Rye Pier and its lively shopping strip, indulge in ultimate relaxation at Peninsula Hot Springs and Alba Thermal Springs, or perfect your swing at Truemans Golf Course and world-class golf destinations. Savor the flavors of the region with visits to renowned wineries and breweries.
Upon entry, the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas create a bright and inviting atmosphere, filled with natural light. Comfort is ensured year-round with a wall-mounted split system air conditioner and a central Coonara wood heater.
The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need, including an under-bench oven, gas cooktop, rangehood, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and a Nespresso coffee pod machine—making meal preparation a breeze.
Designed for both comfort and style, the living area is delightfully furnished with vibrant touches and features a Smart TV with Wi-Fi and Netflix for entertainment. Both spacious bathrooms are well-appointed, with separate toilets for added convenience.
Step outside and unwind in the serene native surroundings with two inviting outdoor spaces: Front verandah – the perfect spot for morning coffee or a peaceful afternoon break. Rear deck – featuring alfresco dining for six and a gas BBQ, ideal for relaxed outdoor meals.

Your Pet is considered by application only. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved by our owner. Pet Stay Fee applies $100.00. This allotment, although fenced, is not deemed secure.
STRICTLY
No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A visit to the MP to reconnect with old friends. Williamson White Beach Cottage was simply delightful. The Cottage is compact and well maintained, comfortable, warm, it had ambiance and my friends and I had lots of fun and laughter. Mitsi, my poodle was warmly welcomed and she loved the walks to the front beach. The street is quiet and birds chirping was lovely to wake up to. Rye supermarket and shops are close by and convenient. Many thanks to the hosts, Beach House Rentals for their surprising welcome pack of gifts. See you next time.
