Modern, comfortable inside with excellent bed/cooking facilities/big screen TV. It is a bit too close to a busy road and traffic noise late at night distracting for those not used to it. For keyless entry to unit, may I suggest in the emailed instructions after the four digit code to add 'then hit enter' rather than just four digits alone. For those not used to an induction stove, a note with stove instructions saying 'stove only works when sauspan is sitting on hotplate' would be useful (stove didn't work with my small espresso coffee maker).
