The property is professionally cleaned between each guest stay, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness during your stay. We appreciate it if you do some tidying up before leaving our apartment - at least throw out your garbage. We don't expect you to do an extensive cleaning of the apartment, but leaving the apartment in a reasonable state is appreciated and very helpful for our cleaners' performance.

Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Check-outs are strictly before 9:00 am. Note: If you confirm your booking on the same day as when your reservation begins, there may be a potential delay with check-in. But we will do everything to ensure that you check in on time.

One set of keys is provided during your stay. Any loss or damage to our key/fob is subject to a $200 charge. Keys that are locked inside the apartment, and if a locksmith is required, it will be the responsibility of the guest to cover the locksmith fees.

Late check-outs - our cleaners charge us a late fee for significant delays in check-out. If this occurs, you may be subject to cover this fee.

Check out - Please take a photo of the keys/fob returned to its location on check out, and send the photo on the Airbnb chat for confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: If a party or any type of gathering which would exceed the maximum number of guests is held within our home, your booking will be canceled. You will be escorted off the premises, and no refund will be given.
Security deposit: Please note, there is no charge unless there has been damage caused within the property or any rules have been broken. Please treat our home as if it were your own :)
