Grouting appears not to have ever been scrubbed - they looked horrid. Carpets need cleaning. Mattresses were great but pillows desperately needed replacing. Would have liked another blanket in main bedroom as there was no doona - weather was very very cold and we slept in jumpers. Location was great - Aldi next door. Generally property is good but does need a good clean up.
