Ideally situated in Burwood, the townhouse is a short walk to the 75 tram line (Starling St stop), connecting you directly to Central Pier Docklands and Camberwell Junction. It’s also just a 2-minute drive to Burwood Brickworks, one of Melbourne’s most sustainable shopping precincts, offering restaurants, groceries, cinema and retail. Deakin University Burwood Campus is also nearby, making this a perfect stay for visiting academics or students. \*Note\* This is a multi-level townhouse with internal stairs across four levels. Guests should be comfortable with stair access during their stay. This home offers three comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms plus a guest powder room, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a spacious living and dining area with a smart TV and WiFi. Guests will also enjoy the convenience of split system heating and cooling in the master bedroom and open living area, as well as a secure double garage for off-street parking.
