This comfortable cottage is part of Blue Moon Cottages, three beautifully decorated cottages just 250 metres from the bayside beach at Rye on the Southern tip of the Mornington Peninsula. This double storey weatherboard cottage is filled with character and is decorated with a slight French Provincial take. Comfortable and large enough to accommodate two families but still cosy enough for couples, groups or a single family. This is quiet neighbourhood so strictly no parties or Schoolies.

With two lounge rooms, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (downstairs with spa bath and separate shower), separate kitchen and dining room and outdoor courtyard and balcony, it is a perfect beach retreat in summer and winter.

There are two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom . The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Downstairs, one of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has a bunk bed.

PAYMENT
To confirm an accommodation booking, a deposit of 50% for the total accommodation or package is required. The booking will be confirmed via email on receipt of the deposit.Full and final payment for the holiday booking is required 30 days prior to the commencement of the holiday.
If the outstanding balance has not been received by the 30th day prior to the booking commencement date, Blue Moon Cottages reserve the right to cancel the booking without notice and the guest will forfeit the deposit. Blue Moon Cottages reserves the right to pre-authorise your credit card prior to your arrival.

Please Note - this is self catering accommodation the room is not serviced on a daily basis. However, all linen, towels, basic kitchen provisions and toiletries are supplied for your arrival.

Photography - photography is continually kept up to date when major changes to properties are made, however, minor changes in furniture or bedding may vary from the current photography.
