    This one bedroom Park Apartment with ensuite, kitchenette, large open plan lounge/dining on the Mornington Peninsula, is just one hours drive from the CBD. Your home away from home!

    Stay, enjoy and spoil yourselves with all the delights of the Peninsula. Feel like staying in? Snuggle up on our oversized lounge with gorgeous throws and enjoy the full range of Foxtel Channels and Netflix on your 42 inch SMART TV! The ideal weekend getaway up high by the bay backing onto Arthur' Seat Forest.

    Brand New Posturepedic Queen Bed with High Quality Linen and a selection of Pillows. Pure wool throws, oversized king furniture lounge suite with extra Leather Recliner and foot stool.

    The Park Apartment shares the grounds with the main house. It is entirely stand alone and has a separate entrance with Terrace and Balcony. Arthurs Seat National park walks right at your back door, Dromana front beach 1 min drive,

The Park Apartment certainly lived up to the reviews and deserving of its exceptional rating. Hosts, Katie and Daniel have provided an extremely well appointed and comfortable getaway. Katie & Daniel were the most excellent hosts, if you needed anything they replied within minutes, but were also very good at letting us just do our thing! A beautifully appointed self contained very private apartment. Excellent location (though car needed). We would definitely stay again so we highly recommend 1 Park Apartment. Peaceful oasis apartment - excellent value!

We just spent three nights at The Park Apartment and could not recommend more highly if you’re looking for high quality accomodation in a peaceful garden setting. Katie was very responsive and helpful both prior to and post us booking as we had a number of questions all of which were responded to quickly which helped us with local transport and restaurant options. The apartment is very well maintained and has everything you need and more for your stay. The option of complementary snacks and a bottle of wine was much appreciated! Such a great place for a staycation close to Dromana beachside, mountain walks and superb restaurants in the vineyards within 10-15mins drive. Thank you! Phil & Jodi

Not great for those with walking issues

If I had of known the property had a very steep driveway I would have booked a different place. The sliding door to get in was extremely difficult to open / close and needs to be fixed. If you are fit and healthy and can bench press a bit, this is the place for you. If I booked it for my mother or father they would have struggled.

Perfect little getaway

We loved our stay in this apartment. It’s beautifully appointed, super private and really comfortable! Great location for connection to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. Would recommend having a car as the apartment is located in quite a residential part of Dromana and up the mountain a bit so not very walkable.
