- The Nova in Caulfield South is a beautifully presented three-level townhouse offering a stylish and comfortable base for families, couples or small groups visiting Melbourne. Crisp contemporary interiors are balanced with warm timber tones and thoughtful touches throughout, while the multi-level layout provides plenty of space to relax, work and unwind. The open-plan living and dining area creates a welcoming hub for the home, with a fully equipped kitchen and two Smart TVs for easy downtime. A dedicated workspace is also available for those needing to stay connected during their stay.
The home offers three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, with secure basement parking for two cars. A video intercom provides added convenience, and one pet is welcome with prior arrangement.

Perfectly positioned in Caulfield South, The Nova is surrounded by parks, cafés, restaurants and local shopping, with excellent public transport connections making it easy to explore Melbourne. It’s a great base for enjoying the best of the inner south, from leafy neighbourhoods and local amenities to the city and bayside attractions beyond.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
