Lost and Left Items We cannot guarantee the return of personal items left behind after checkout. If items are found, return is at the guest’s request, cost, and risk. 9\. If it is determined that a valid cleanliness or hygiene concern exists, we will offer to arrange a re-clean of the affected area where appropriate. Please note that small stains on furniture or carpets, which do not compromise hygiene but may require steam cleaning, are addressed on a quarterly basis. These stains are treated accordingly during regular cleaning procedures.
