Please note, we cannot assume responsibility for lost items or belongings left behind. Removing or relocating property contents without approval is not permitted. Non-compliance may result in a damage fee. 6) Housekeeping Please promptly report any cleaning issues upon arrival via your booking platform with photographs. We will endeavour to resolve these as soon as possible. Use only the beds that have been paid for. Using additional beds will incur an extra cleaning fee. That’s the formalities out of the way! If you require check-in after 11 PM, a personalized check-in can be arranged in advance.
