Stay in a gorgeous historic 1884 Heritage Listed building. Oversized studio apartment architecturally designed, and just completed a high end renovation this year.

Relax in this calm, stylish space.

-Short walk or ride to all Melbourne has to offer. Food, drink, culture, art, sport, nature.
-On the top floor, end of corridor and overlooking a laneway (so no passing traffic) central city location yet surprisingly quiet
-3 large east facing windows let in plenty of natural light, look out onto trees and hedges. Occasionally hear birds chirping away in the trees (a rarity in a CBD location)
-Full well stocked kitchen including all cooking facilities and utensils. Washer/dryer inside apartment
-Oversized shower with large rain showerhead
-King sized bed with soft mattress topper and plantation shutters to block out light ensure a good nights sleep will always be had
-85 inch UHD 4K smart TV
-All in all the perfect for those wanting to enjoy a quiet night in or a night on the town. Your choice!

-Located in the ""Paris End"" of Melbourne.
-Lots of gorgeous historic buildings around. Parliament House, Old Treasury Building, Royal Exhibition Building, Hotel Windsor etc.
-Right in the heart of Melbourne's Theatre District with the Princess Theatre and Comedy Theatre only a short walk.
-5 min walk to Melbourne Museum, Carlton Gardens, Fitzroy Gardens and Treasury Gardens.
-Multiple great dining areas. Fine dining at Longrain (Thai directly next door), Chinatown only 2 blocks away. Melbourne's Greek area 2 blocks away. Lygon Street (italian) 15 minute walk.
-Lots of great bars in the laneways in the CBD close by. Punch Lane wine bar directly across the street. Great rooptop bars at the Imperial Hotel, The QT and BombaBar. All a short walk from apartment.
-15 min walk to Melbourne's Sporting District (MCG, Rod Laver Arena)
