The upside down layout with bedrooms downstairs and living upstairs makes the most of the panoramic views that you get from the kitchen, living room and balcony. We were so fortunate to have great weather which allowed us to really utilise the outside deck and BBQ. The views over the bay to the city are just spectacular - both during the day and at night. The kitchen is modern and well appointed with everything you could need. The spa bath in the master ensuite is a lovely bit of luxury.
