The house is perfectly positioned in a quiet location, nestled on the narrowest part of the peninsula. Only 600m walk to Cameron's bight beach and 1km to Kooyna Ocean Beach, with Kooyna general store just around the corner. Offering a large lounge with woodfire heater, dining and additional play area which connects to a huge undercover deck with seating and bbq facilities. Fun filled grassed area with trampoline at the front of the house and a quiet fire pit area at the rear.

Large Kitchen equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave and Breville dynamic duo Coffee Machine and Grinder.
Large open plan living, dining and lounge area with TV/DVD, WIFI, foxtel, apple TV, woodfire heater, reverse cycle air-conditioning and ducted heating plus a huge outdoor covered deck area with lounge, dining and BBQ facilities.
