The house was in a great location; walking distance to groceries, eateries and the tram to the city. There was also a lovely little cafe across the road that we had coffee at each morning of our stay. The house itself is wonderful & has a really cool Melbourne industrial chic vibe. We loved the artwork and the indoor and outdoor living areas. Spacious enough for us to enjoy a meal and a drink together & relax and watch tv of a night. There were three generations there for nearly a week. We particularly enjoyed sitting at the table overlooking the city. The master bedroom is enormous and the views by night are lovely. The owner was very accommodating. I would recommend staying there. Easy access to trains, trams etc and all the amenities necessary. Enjoy! ##### MICHELE C. The owner of the property was very easy to deal with. The house is well set up and in great condition and very comfortable. It worked well for our group of 7\.
