There are three great sized bedrooms, bathroom with separate bath and shower as well as a separate laundry. The house is perfect for family and friends as well as the most amazing location, with the bay at the end of the street. You can leave the car at home and walk to the bay/village/parks and restaurants. Features include split system heating/cooling in the living room, table, and BBQ on the deck for balmy summer dinners, kitchen has pod coffee machine, WIFI as well as ample parking onsite. NB: No access to garage Bedrooms Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 2 - 1 x Double Bed, 1 x Single Bunk Beds (Sleeps 4) Bedroom 3- 1 x Single Bunk Bed (Sleeps 2) Guests have access to the full house and garden Strictly no schoolies bookings or parties allowed, guests must be over 28 years of age Pets by request (Please confirm your breed of pet and age) please note that the property is not fully fenced and there is no secure area for pets to be left unnattended.
