The spacious apartment itself is light filled, with full height windows, oak floors and a large full length, private outdoor balcony. The apartment is centred around a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The sophisticated kitchen beckons you to whip up a storm with its high end Swiss appliances if the mood takes you. If not, you are spoiled for choice with bustling Smith Street and Brunswick Streets nearby with their cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and wine bars. The elegant bathroom is equiped with a shower and basin. There is a separate toilet with it's own hand basin as well. There is also a worskpace with desk situated away from the living area for any time you just can't escape work. Perfect for a small family or couple on a city break or corporates, the apartment has everything you need for both short and longer stays. There is one allocated parking space in the secure, undercover garage under the building, with access from the laneway behind. However, you may not even need a car, with great access to everything within walking distance. The apartment is only a short 350m stroll to the trams and a 13 minute tram ride into the CBD. The nearest supermarket is ALDI and is only a 2 min walk, or there's Woolworths which is a 4 min walk. The Eastern Freeway is only 1.5 km away, so if you need to get out of the big smoke for a bit, it's a quick getaway. Also, if you only travel on the trams within the city grid, it's free, and you don't need a Myki card. GETTING THERE It's easy to get to the apartment. From the airport, you can just take a taxi, or you can hop on the Skybus to Southern Cross Station. From there, you can take the No. 11 Tram (to Plenty Road) up Collins St, and get off at Cnr Brunwsick Street and Johnston Street and walk 130m to the apartment.
