Our guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This stunning light filled apartment comprises of sleek features with an open plan layout with a modern kitchen complimented by stainless steel benches leading out to a generously sized courtyard perfect for summer outdoor entertaining. • No smoking • No parties or events • No unregistered guests allowed • No pets • Check-in is 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet building, perfect for relaxing and enjoying, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there are any disturbances. NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas. PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $250 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that night's stay.
