Please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately to avoid extra cleaning fees. Parties are not permitted. Pre-approval is required for all events, functions or additional visitors. Breaching this rule may incur extra charges. Kindly refrain from excessive noise at all times, particularly during quiet hours (23:00 – 08:00). 2)No Pets 3) Departure We kindly request you to: Return all used cookware, cutlery and utensils to their original spots.
