With plenty of space to spread out, peaceful garden surrounds and multiple indoor and outdoor living zones, it offers everything you need for an easy coastal getaway.
    The heart of the home is the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, where warm timber floors, natural light and cooling bay breezes create an instantly welcoming feel. Large glass doors open onto a generous entertaining deck, making it easy to move from relaxed mornings inside to long summer lunches, afternoon drinks or evening barbecues with family and friends.
    The living area also features a charming daybed nook overlooking the deck, the perfect spot to curl up with a book, enjoy a quiet coffee or sneak in an afternoon nap after a day at the beach.
    The kitchen is well positioned for holiday living, with an island bench and barstool seating for casual meals, drinks and conversation. It includes a dishwasher, gas cooktop, electric oven and plenty of storage, making it easy to prepare everything from simple breakfasts to family dinners.

We prefer mature adults or family groups this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. If you have any queries, please contact us pre-booking so we can clarify.
    Large younger groups (under 30 years old) if approved by our Bookings team, will be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee.
