Located in the art district of Melbourne, 5 minutes to Melbourne downtown and crossing bridge to Melbourne Beach & Indialantic Beach. 1, SLEEPING AREA: one queen size bed. 2, PARKING: it's one of the apartments of a duplex, spacious parking lot. 3, AIR: central AC (heat & cool) just for you. 4, NOISE: located in residential & commercial zone, safe and fun; although next to Route 1, the sleeping area is away from street noise. 5, TV & INTERNET: Two TV sets with Rocu. Verizon 5G high-speed internet, WIFI only! 6, KITCHENETTE: efficiency kitchenette, we encourage our guests to enjoy many surrounding restaurants. (Microwave, Toaster, Coffeemaker, Mini refrigerator) 7, Non flushable items: don't flush them! $200/hour+$200 rush fees are commonly charged in the east space coast by professional plumber, which we have to demand reimbursement if clog happens. The VRBO was not cleaned, there was the last people stuff still scattered around, plus nothing was wiped down. The toilet was covered in pee. Not to forget that we saw 3 roaches in the short amount of time we were there. Also i didn't get my cleaning deposits back even after i told the host all of these things.
