Available for 10 weeks from the 6.11.25 - 25.01.26\. This period occurs during the early part if the Australian Open in Melbourne (12.01.26 - 25.01.26) Your home away from home is a spacious one bedroom apartment In Moonbria; a 1941 Roy Grounds architect designed, Modernist Heritage building. In the heart of the building, there is a spacious shared tranquil green courtyard.Climb the spiral staircase to the third floor and you will find Unit 19\. Enter an uncluttered spacious living space, inclusive of dining/workspace areas, framed by attractive plantation shutters, looking out onto the balcony and courtyard. The living area has comfortable seating for 4, including a Danish designed double sofa bed, so the option for guests is there. There is a dedicated and uniquely designed theatre / 55” tv area. The bedroom is separate and cosy. It has a very comfortable king single bed, equipped with good quality bed linen, lamps and has ample hanging and storage space and a TV. The bathroom, recently renovated is tasteful and simple; an effective shower and WC. No space for bathtub in this 43sq apartment! There is a ground floor coin operated laundry with washing machine and dryer. Both the bedroom and bathroom areas may be separated from the living area with tasteful Japanese sliding doors. Relax and enjoy the sunrise with a cup of tea or sunset with a cocktail, on the spacious balcony, looking out onto the courtyard.
