It was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Jade was ver accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected, meeting us to store our luggage and trying her best to clean the apartment early for us. Nothing but positive things to say. The appartment was very clean, great size for a young family (we were 2 adults and 2 kids under 4), with 2 bedrooms and very comfortable king beds. Very convenient location in Southbank and a very short stroll to the city. We also had a very late check in with convenient arrangements made and were offered a late checkout without extra charge.
