The comfortable living area offers a welcoming place to unwind after exploring the Peninsula, with an HD TV, split-system heating and cooling, and inviting seating for conversation or a quiet evening indoors. The dining area is filled with natural light, making it equally suited to leisurely breakfasts before heading to the coast or group dinners after a day out. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, full-sized refrigerator and everything needed to prepare meals with ease.

Outside, the private courtyard extends the living space with an outdoor dining setting, gas BBQ and a separate seating area, creating a comfortable spot to enjoy the fresh air. A clothesline provides a convenient place to dry beach towels and swimwear after a day by the coast, while the fully enclosed outdoor area offers added peace of mind for guests travelling with pets.

Both bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed with a queen bed, split-system air conditioning and heating, a ceiling fan and a built-in wardrobe. The primary bedroom also includes a single sofa bed, which can be prepared on request for an additional $50 per stay. The bathroom features both a bathtub and a walk-in shower, while the separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer is particularly handy after beach visits or longer stays.

Driveway and garage parking is available for two vehicles. Please note the fireplace is not available for guest use.
