Double story house with 2 bedrooms, built in Wardrobes, a lounge room that comfortably seats 7 people with gas fireplace, TV, WIFI, Foxtel. Kitchen, with oven, fridge & dishwasher. Laundry downstairs with front load washing machine and toilet. Upstairs bathrooms walk in shower, toilet & vanity. Big back yard & BBQ, outdoor table and seating with outdoor lounge that fits 6 people.. Driveway fits 3 cars.
Garage is not accessible! You can park your vehicle in the driveway or utilise on-street parking if you're coming with more than 2 cars. Do ensure your car does not block our neighbour’s entrance to their driveway.
STRICT NO PARTY! Quiet hours: 9.30pm-8am. CHECKOUT is strictly no later than 11AM. If you don't checkout on time, $70 per hour fee will be levied.
